I've decided to support Cynthia McKinney as my candidate for President of the United States in the fall election. As a manifestation of that support, I made 1000 of these stickers. At this point I have 333ish left. If you want one tell me (click on the webmaster button below) where to send it via USPS. (Offer not valid in swing States, meaning Virginia and Pennsylvania according to electoral-votes.com. In those places please work for change.)

The above are the campaigns I'm actively waving signs for. In addition I'd vote for Peter Meyers if I lived in his district. Laura Macias has my vote for City Council in Mountain View because she signed the Mayors Climate Protection Agreement. I also plan to vote for Diane Ritcie for judge. That is based on having met her at a LWV thing at West Valley College.

When I was a candidate for County Council member my statement was "I am deeply concerned about the climate change issue and I see green politics as a honorable and important part of the solution. I am most widely known for my MEND YOUR FUELISH WAYS sticker campaign and my website, tian.greens.org. Both of these projects are my idea of green activism, and I'm hoping to continue them with your support as a Green Party County Council member." This is how the election turned out:

Results showing I came in 4th out of 10 for 7 seats.

Thank you to everybody who voted for me! I will do my best to make the trust you have given me well placed.

Back before the internet came around I was more of a Xerox activist. When I ran for office in Sacramento I made zineish reports about my '92 Campaign for Congress and my '94 campaign for City Council.
